About me

I am an accredited Clinical Psychologist working in private practice, offering therapy online. I also have over 5 years of experience working in NHS mental health services.

I typically support clients who are trying to manage overwhelming emotions, or move on from difficult past experiences. I also help clients trying to make decisions about their future and their values, or face challenges in their relationships, or at work.

I welcome clients of all genders, backgrounds, and cultures. I usually work with adult clients but have also worked with children and young people.

My aim is to offer a warm, honest, and thoughtful space for my clients. I draw on a range of evidence-based models, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and EMDR, to find an approach that works for you.

“To have a therapist and space where I felt understood was extremely important to me and Max did just that. He had the right approach and reactions to my emotions and knew how to identify the issue and reasons for what I was saying.”
